Heat Exchangers

Refrigeration has a key role in stabilizing white wines, cooling down your must and controlling the temperatures of your fermentation. Heat Exchangers are used not only in the production of white and red wines, but also in the production of fruit juices.

In order to increase the high thermal efficiency, all of the internal and external piping are manufactured exclusively out of AISI-304 Stainless Steel

The units are connected by tubular curves that are quickly and easily removable to allow for thorough inspection and cleaning.

 

 

The Heat Exchanger is designed to operate at high pressures and above 10 atmospheres, with thermometers that measure the temperature of the products entering and leaving.
