Springcel/Yeast Hulls are effective in adsorbing toxic fatty acids, such as decanoic acid , which may prevent fermentations from finishing to completion. Suggested use levels are 1 gram of Springcell/Yeast Hulls per liter of must or about 3 pounds per 1,000 gallons.
