Paul Hoover, Owner/Winemaker
Still Waters Vineyards

"Upgrading your winery from 1000 cases per year to 3000 to 5000 can be a daunting task. The choices in equipment, capacity and price vary all over the place.  The great thing about Ryan is, having been a winemaker for years, he knows how to design things from start to finish. When I harvested my first ten tons of the year at 6:30 a.m., Ryan and his staff were there making sure everything was working correctly. I knew I had made a good decision."

The Vigor 200 Pump is entirely constructed at our Fabrication shop.  Using Inoxpa© heads, AC Tech frequency inverters, and Nord© motor and transmission.  The cart is constructed entirely out of 304 Stainless steel.  With high quality non-marking tires.  High rise handle for ease of use with no bending over!  Comes with a 50' power cord and a 50' cord with a Potentiometer (speed control remote) at the end of it for control of the pump without having to be right next to it.  The entire pump is "wash down" ready.

Inoxpa©  RF Flexible Impeller Head

The RF pump is a flexible impeller pump. Because of their design, these pumps are reversible and self-priming  that can suction from a maximum height of 5 meters. This type of pumps can pump materials of both low and high viscosity, as well as materials containing particles or gases.
Their main uses include pumping in dairies, edible oils, wine, concentrates and beverages in general.

Due to the eccentric shape of the pump housing, a vacuum is created in the suction side that enlarges the volume between the blades and this causes the product suction.
By spinning the rotor, the product is carried from the suction side to that of delivery.
Due to the eccentric shape of the pump housing, in the discharge side the blades bend, reducing the volume between them and causing the discharge of the product.

Easy maintenance.
Impeller driven by a double flat shaft.
Machined stainless steel investment casting casing.

Nord Motor & Transmission Features

Lightweight housing, stronger bearings: NORDBLOC gear motors have been constructively and significantly improved for the new design. The design is based on lightweight aluminum die cast housings allow for the integration of larger and stronger bearings, further the drive units can now be installed more efficiently.

  • Durable, natural protection against corrosion
  • Longer service life
  • You can add a very short, space-saving, weight-saving IEC adapter
  • Optional ATEX model
  • Gear motors are available with feet, flanges, or as combined variants

AC Tech Frequency Inverter Features

AC Tech SMV Frequency Inverter Features

The most technically advanced inverter drive continues Lenze - AC Tech's tradition of innovative compact inverter design. The performance and flexibility make the SMVector an attractive solution for a broad range of AC Motor applications and with several communications protocols available, networking drives and components into a system solution can be done now or in the future.

Programmable digital and analog I/O allow the drive to be configured for many application specific tasks such as multiple preset speeds, electronic braking and motor jogging to name a few. Like all Lenze - AC Tech sub-micro drives, the SMVector uses EPM memory technology for fast and efficient programming.
