The Vintner Vault reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the thevintnervault.com website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this Website.
Return Policy
You may return all unopened, unused, undamaged items purchased at TheVintnerVault.com within 30 days of receiving the item. There is a restocking fee of 10 percent of the total purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment, or a store credit can be given per your request upon the day we receive the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs on the item. In the case of an exchange we will cover shipping costs to your address. Chemical products, Special Order items, and custom made products are not returnable. If you are unsure or have questions about returning a product please contact us at info@thevintnervault.com, or at (805) 226-8100, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (Pacific standard time)
Shipping Policy
At The Vintner Vault, we do not charge your card until the order has been verified as in-stock and ready to ship. We will ship the package via the shipping method you indicated during your purchase, or we will contact you first if we need to make an exception. A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately after the package has been shipped. The package will usually ship between 5-7 business days from the order date.

Product Information Merchandise displayed for sale on this site may not be available at retail stores. The prices displayed on this site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. All items imported from Europe, that use the euro as its form of currency are also subject to change without notice based on euro to dollar exchange rate.
Photos and Descriptions

Descriptions are shown for what a product is intended to do or the specs of an given item. If you use the item in a manner not described and in a manner that it was not intended, you assume all risks for that action.
