Brew Kettles are used after the mash tun and lautrer tun to boil the wort. Hops is added into the kettle and as the water evaporates the wort becomes concentrated, the enzymes are deactivated and tannin and protein elements are separated out.
Our brew kettle can build as only brew kettles, or brew kettle-whirl pool combinations. The whirl-pooling is used for wort clarification where the worth is rotated, the non-dissolved hop particles and protein from a cone in the middle and clear wort can be extracted off at the side of the kettle.
