Grape Crusher Destemmer
This Destemmer Crusher is made completely of AISI-304 Stainless Steel. The Traminer Stemmer has a large hopper with an auger feed to a rotating cage for destemming. The crushing rollers are designed to crush after destemming and can easily be removed in order to get whole berry's out of the destemmer. Capacity of this Destemmer Crusher is 4 to 5 Tons per hour. We can have the unit built in 220 V single phase with a 2.5 HP Motor or 220 V 3 phase with a 2 HP Motor. Cage Hole Diameter is 25 mm to 21 mm.
