Palisade® is a newer hop variety from the Pacific Northwest bred from the Swiss Tettnanger. It typically has cohumulone levels of 24 - 29%. Moderately strong bittering properties with high oil levels and an earthy, apricot-like aroma that's often described as "pretty". Some craft breweries are producing all-Palisade® pale ales and IPA's.
