Case Packers

Fully Automatic Pick and Place machine for packing the bottles into American style cartons.

Operating Principal:

The products arrive onto the infeed conveyor and are divided into the necessary lanes.
When the collating operation is completed at the end of the conveyor, the head picks the product up by pneumatic bells and places it into the carton.
The bells picking-up head trough a double head (T6) is self-adjusting by template and it is equipped with anti-collision safety system.
The perimetrical centering device complete of baskets with plastic segments assures a precise product loading without jams into the carton.
The motors are controlled by inverter and the PLC allows easy and quick change over size operations storing the working parameters for several formats.
2-axes-handling unit suitable for use in packing and packaging lines.
Its special configuration along with a high loading capacity permits it to bear multiple and heavy heads with short cycle times. The flexibility and wide working area make the pick-and-place use the ideal solution for the case packing.

Frame made of electro-welded and furnace painted steel sections with epoxy primer, with different colors for fixed and moving sections; adjustable feet.

Product infeed conveyor for pack preparation and pick-up
Cartons feeding conveyor belt equipped with: system for its exact positioning under the centering device, side guides and checking photocells; it discharges the carton after the product loading automatically.
Perimetric centering device complete of baskets with plastic segments for an easy product loading into the carton by the head.
