Operating Principal

• The machine consists of a capacious honeycomb carton magazine complete with a conveyor powered by a stepping motor.
• A system arranged sidelong balances the difference in thickness between the mid and the edges of the honeycomb carton being taken FROM A Scara robot.
• The robot is equipped by a system of arms, which suckers are fitted onto, that takes the honeycomb carton out of the magazine, unfolds it and caps the tray or the box with the jig-true carton.
• Different sizes can be processed, subject to the equipment and the program selected in the machine.
