With the Malvasia 40, we are sure that this semicentrifugal destemmer is the simplest and most convenient as far as working, maintenance, durability and it is the most productive of its kind.  The motor is a 220 volt Single Phase motor.  2.5" Tri-Clover connection.  3.5 to 4 ton production per hour.

No tramissionn chains. Easy to clean by means of a hinge - opening: there is no need to remove belts or chains. Easy to move thanks to wheels.

The models Malvasia 15 and 25 are available in painted steel or stainless steel AISI 304, while Malvasia 40 is available only in stainless steel AISI 304.
