Two Vessel Brewhouses have a dedicated mash-lauter tun and dedicated brew kettle-whirlpool. It requires an on-demand hot water source vs. using a hot liquor tank. This configuration is great for space and budget constrained breweries.
We offer serval sizes in the two vessel brewhouse for small to medium size micro-breweries. Larger capacity breweries usually prefer 3 or 4 vessel brewhouses.
