This means you can barrel fill and shut the fill valves without pressure surges on your wine which can damage and oxidize the wine. With our peristaltic you can choose not only the pump speed but the pressure as well. This also eliminates the need to remove a roller when the pump is in storage. You can simply relieve the roller pressure.
